1. How long will it take to receive my goods?

On receipt of your paid order, dependent on the type of order we either send by DHL Courier which means the goods will be delivered the next working day (excludes weekend or holidays) or we send by first class Royal Mail to addresses in the U.K.which means you will normally receive within 1 or 2 days . For the EU and rest of the world we Airmail which means you will recieve your goods between 2 and 5 days dependent on your location. If it is absolutely essential you receive your order on a certain day, maybe because you have booked a plumber etc we strongly recommend you use our DHL nest business day guaranteed delivery service, it is only £4.95 per order for U.K. deliveries and more for overseas locations.

2. What is the warranty and return policy

Warranty Condition:

Bidet Showers Kits, Showers, Accessories and Mixers: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging if the unit fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 1 year of normal intended use.

Electronic Bidet seats: we offer to repair or replace, excluding postage / packaging if the fails due to a manufacturing fault with in the first 2 years of normal intended use.

Removal, return and Installation is not covered undere this warranty.

Returns:

If you have a change of mind, goods may be returned with in 7 days of receipt in original undamaged, re-saleable condition. It is the purchasers reponsibility to rnsure the goods are returned to and received by us in the required condition.

3. Is there a simple explanation on how the units are installed?

If it is felt the particular product requires connection instructions these can be viewed by clicking the addition images / information tab on the product page or if not available online emailing us for instructions at admin@wet-water.co.uk

4. Where is the bidet shower made?

Our products are sourced from a number of Quality assured manufacturers from Europe, the Far East and United States. We also design and package all our warm water kits at our operation in the United Kingdom.

5. What is the shower head made from?

Dependent on the model they are made from either ABS and a combination of metal or all metal such as Brass with chrome finish. You can obtain this information by clicking the product details tab of any model and referring to the specification details.

6. What is the maximum water temperature for the bidet shower hose?

The bidet shower hose should not be used with water temperatures higher than 60C.

7. I use my bidet shower a little water drips out the spray holes, is it leaking or normal?

It’s normal for a little water to drip from the spray holes after each use. About 1 tablespoon of water is trapped inside the spray head after each use. Before hanging the sprayer in the holder, shake the spray head a few times into the the toilet bowl and the water will come out. All sprayers hold a little water in the spray head after each use.

8. Some people say you don't require a separate water isolating valve is this so?

We ALWAYS recomment the biset shower and hose be connected to an angle valve designed for mains pressure.

The bidet shower is a quality made device and designed for high-pressure use. The odds of your bidet shower leaking are remote. However, it is a mechanical device with internal working parts that could malfunction and start to leak causing damage to your home or premises. So, please insist your bidet shower / hose is fitted to a suitable mains isolating valve such as our VAL0800 or the likes and remember to turn off your bidet shower after each use.

Please Note: We will not be responsible for any water damage caused from the sprayer, hose and fittings if left under continuous pressure. Plus, turning off the bidet shower valve and releasing the pressure will also considerably extend the life of both shower and hose.

9. How much water pressure do most homes have?

The average home has between 20 and 60psi.

10. How much pressure is the bidet shower, hose and fittings rated for?

The bidet shower hose and fittings have a working pressure of 80psi and a burst rating of 110psi. The sprayer has a pressure rating of 75psi. But, you should always turn off the bidet shower valve when not being used.

11. Should the bidet shower be turned off after each use?

Yes! All hand held bidet showers, including ours, should be turned off when not in use. Beware of any company that says you don’t have to turn off their bidet shower, no hand-held bidet shower was designed to be left under constant mains water pressure, even if it has a metal or heavy-duty plastic hose. The internal parts of the sprayer and or hose, regardless of cost or quality, could malfunction over time and suddenly start to leak. So, to avoid the possibility of leaks, always turn off the bidet shower at the isolating valve after each use.
